Welcome to Elementary School
We're excited about the beautiful beginnings our elementary school scholars will enjoy at Arlington.
We believe that a successful education begins with excellent teachers in the classroom and dedicated parents at home. During these unprecedented times, parent, scholar and school connections are more important than ever! Vital information about our elementary school, including staff, is listed below.
Our blended online and on-campus program offers the highest level of scholar learning in a
Christ-honoring environment. Our unique three day-a-week schedule allows elementary
scholars to spend a significantly greater amount of time with their teachers with rigorous
at-home digital days twice a week. Arlington is committed to meeting the academic,
psychological, developmental, and spiritual needs of each scholar. As we partner with parents
to meet these needs, it is our goal that each child will be empowered to face the world with the
hope and mind of Christ.
With young minds, having a structured and more hands-on follow-up with our elementary
scholars at home will be vital to their success. Please establish a dedicated and quiet learning
area for scholars with on-hand school supplies, required textbooks, notebooks, lights, and
computer laptop for daily instructions. Printing and posting your scholar's daily school schedule
and erasable board board on a wall or somewhere nearby will serve essential in helping
scholars get into the new rhythm of attending school and completing work assignments in a
timely manner.
Our teachers bring a wealth of experience and a love of teaching to the classroom as they strive to create an environment that encourages a love for learning and focuses on academic and spiritual growth. Purposeful teaching encourages academic excellence, critical thinking, and the imparting of a biblical worldview. And in the midst of all that, we manage to have fun as well!
