Tuition and Fees

The
following are fee schedules, payment information and costs
related to being enrolled at Arlington Christian School.
Tuition and fees are payable annually or
semi-annually by direct payment to ACS. Families who wish to make quarterly or
11 monthly payments will make those payments through F.A.C.T.S. along with the
F.A.C.T.S. payment plan enrollment fee of $38 per family. A final option for
those who wish to pay their tuition in 12 payments, or more, is the Your Tuition
Solution™
program, which is explained below. The
tuition includes the required books, annual, picture fee, but does not
include other options such as transportation. Tuition amounts and
payment options are as follows:

Does not include other charges such as
Extended Learning Day or Transportation.
Enrollment Fees:
New Students - Students who are
enrolling for the first time will pay a $400 non-refundable enrollment
fee and a $100 non-refundable new student fee. These fees will be
applied to the student's account as an initial payment.
Returning Students - Students who
are returning to ACS who pay on or before March 30 will pay a $75
non-refundable enrollment fee. Students who re-enroll after March 30
will pay a $150 non-refundable enrollment fee.
The Parent(s)/Guardian(s) understands and
agrees that no student will be permitted to take final examinations,
nor will official grades, report cards, transcripts, and/or any other
records be released until the student's account is paid in full. (This
includes tuition, fees, and any and all in-school charges and
obligations, i.e., library fines, cafeteria charges, etc.)
Payment Plans
Upon acceptance as a new student, $500 of the tuition is due to
reserve your space. The annual plan requires payment of 20% of the total
tuition by July 1, with the balance due on or before Registration Day in
August. Semi-annual, quarterly and monthly payment plans are available
(a finance charge is included). For more information, please contact the

Semi-Annual: |
20% of total due by July 1, 2006. Balance due on
registration day and January 5, 2007. Deliquent payments will be
charged a late fee of 1.5% interest per month. |

Four payments due to F.A.C.T.S. on
the 5th or 20th of July, October,
January, and April. Any late or missed payments will be assessed
a $25 late fee by F.A.C.T.S. |

Monthly (11): |
Payable to F.A.C.T.S. on the 5th or
the 20th of each month beginning in July and ending in May. Any late or missed payments will be assessed a $25
late fee by F.A.C.T.S. |
Note: Upon missing three
consecutive F.A.C.T.S. payment attempts (i.e. 5th - 20th - 5th), you
will be required to bring payment to the ACS business office within
seven (7) business days in cash or money order. Failure to comply will
result in the dismissal of your child from ACS.
Advanced Placement Fee (for credit at
some colleges) and Driver's Education Fee will be announced at a later
date.
Estimated Payment Plans
The figures
above include tuition and
required fees only. If you wish other options such as transportation,
the payments would be adjusted accordingly.
Transportation
Every effort is made to keep
transportation as convenient and as inexpensive as possible. Rates for
2006-07 will be $950 (two-way) and $570 (one-way) on a
no-cancellation, no-refund basis.
