Clinton Barrow

Mr. Barrow is a credit trained, commercial banking professional with over 30 years of expertise in securing debt and equity, financing business acquisitions, real estate financing, franchise finance and business advisory services. Mr. Barrow has a demonstrated track record in providing financial and strategic business solutions for small businesses and middle-market companies.

Clinton Barrow is currently a Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase Bank in Atlanta, Ga. He is primarily responsible for commercial loan origination in the Business Banking division serving the Atlanta and South Metro region. Mr. Barrow has business development responsibilities for companies with annual revenues between $10.0 and $25.0 Million.

Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Barrow served as Marketing Vice President at First Franchise Capital Corporation headquartered in Park Ridge, N.J. He was responsible for franchise loan origination in the Northeast region of the country extending from Maine to Maryland. First Franchise Capital Corporation (“FFCC”) is a leader in the franchise restaurant lending industry, specializing in providing loans to franchisees for re-capitalization, re-imaging, new store development and acquisitions. FFCC is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Before FFCC, Clinton was the founding Director at Prestige Consulting Group located in Atlanta, GA. Prestige Consulting Group served as a strategic business partner to entrepreneurs utilizing practical financing solutions and advisory services for their business or strategic growth opportunities.

In 1998, Mr. Barrow became a Managing Director at Peachtree Franchise Finance, located in Atlanta, Ga. with responsibility for large loan originations in the franchise industry. Peachtree originated, securitized and serviced over $400 million in franchise loans during his tenure.

Between 1993 and 1998, Mr. Barrow served as Vice President at Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company (“FMAC”). Mr. Barrow was a leading force in the company’s loan origination and marketing effort. Mr. Barrow personally originated over $200 million in franchise loans to many seasoned and successful franchisees.

Clinton served as Regional Marketing Manager for AT&T Capital Corporation in Morristown, NJ. He was responsible for franchise loan generation throughout the Northeast and is a Certified 7a Lender for the SBA.

After starting his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1982, Mr. Barrow graduated from Chase’s Global Credit Training Program in 1986 and became an Assistant Vice President in the Brooklyn, NY Middle Market Lending Group until 1989. In 1981, Mr. Barrow graduated from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University (“FAMU”) with a BS in Management and Finance.
