Welcome to the ACS Library!
Students in all grades at Arlington are taught how to effectively use the library for personal study, academic research, and information gathering. Each elementary class visits the library at least once a week so that students may check out books and participate in activities that encourage children to LOVE BOOKS and to ENJOY READING! Our library offers reading incentive programs that reward children for reading, and we plan many activities that promote books and libraries.
Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday 7:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

ACCELERATED READER - Accelerated Reader has a new feature called “Home Connect.” This feature allows teachers, students, and parents to actively monitor student progress in Accelerated Reader from home. Home Connect can help motivate students to read more outside of the classroom and support parent's efforts to monitor their children's reading progress. Click on the link below to access this website. You will need your child's AR login information that was sent home at the beginning of the school year.

PASSWORD PROTECTED DATABASES - Passwords are required to use the databases listed here. Passwords are given to all students at the beginning of the year. Please call the library if your child has forgotten his password. You may obtain the password for GALILEO from your local public library.
