Rhonda Cannon: Kindergarten

Rhonda holds a BA from Harding University with 23 years teaching experience, 19 of which have been at Arlington Christian School. This long-time kindergarten teacher is married to ACS Athletic Director Coach Greg Cannon. They are the parents of four ACS graduates: Ginny, class of 2001; Jordan, class of 2004; Justin, class of 2005, and Jansen, class of 2007.
Judy Vires: 1st Grade

Judy attended Morehead University, Morehead, KY and University of West Georgia where she recieved her Masters in Reading. She has been at ACS for 15 years. Her hobbies include reading, working out, traveling, playing the piano, watching plays at the Fox, and enjoying the High Museum of Arts. She and her husband, Chuck have two sons: Jordan and Dylan.
Paige Kee: 2nd Grade

Paige has been with ACS four years. She graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Elementary and Special Education from Harding University. Her hobbies are reading, learning languages, traveling (27 countries), and swimming. She and her husband, David, have two children, Taylor and Alyssa.
Lori Still: 3rd Grade

Lori has been with ACS for four years. She obtained her M.Ed. in Media from the University of West Georgia and BS in Business Communications from Kennesaw State University. She and her husband, Gregg, have two children, Kaylee and Jake. Her hobbies are reading and singing.
Tracey Long: 4th Grade

Tracey has been teaching 16 years with the last five at ACS. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and a master's degree in School Social Work. She and her husband have two daughters. Her hobbies are decorating, crafting, and scrapbooking.
Kathy Burnett: 5th Grade

Kathy has been with ACS for 12 years. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Harding University and her master's degree in Literacy from Lesley University. She and her husband, Trent, have two children: Brodie and Bradley. Her hobbies include Alabama football and Brad Paisley concerts.
Brandie Brown: 5th Grade

Brandie has been with ACS for three years. She received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Jacksonville State University. Her hobbies are reading, shopping, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Brandie and her husband, Will, are expecing their first child in September.
Victoria Rudd: Art

VIctoria received her BA from East Carolina University with an emphasis in painting. She shows her work in galleries and juried art exhibitions. She commissions for private and commercial murals.

Paula has been with ACS for five years. She received her Computer Information Science degree from Freed-Hardeman University in Jackson, TN.

Susan has been with ACS for 14 of her 21 years of teaching. She received her BA in French and Spanish from the University of Georgia and attended Georgia State University, Valdosta State Univ and Jackson State Univ for Teacher Certification. Her husband, Frank, is a Union City Firefighter and they have on son, Tyler. Her hobbies include reading, crafts, and gardening.

Lisa recieved her Ed.S, M.Ed. in Media Education, and BS Ed.in Middle Grades Education from the University of West Georgia. She has been here at ACS for 12 years. Her hobbies include traveling and reading. Her husband, Ken, is an architect and they have two daughters: Maggie, and Anna.

Becky graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middle TN State University with BS in Elementary and Special Education. She has been with ACS for 11 years and has received the Madeline S Brownlee Teacher of the Year Award in 2004.
Rachel Lindsay: MS Science

Rachel has taught in public education for 30 years before she came to ACS in 2007. She received her AA from Florida College, a BS from the University of Alabama, a M.Ed from Georgia State University, and a Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University.

Ron earned an AA from Florida College, a BS in English Bible and a MA in Old Testament Studies from Cincinnati Christian University. He has been with ACS for 13 years.

Marcia has taught school for 34 years and has been at ACS for 5 years. She received a BS from Ball State University in Indiana, a M.Ed. from Georgia State University, and a Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University, TN.

Richard graduated from Jacksonville State University and has taught and coached in Fulton County Schools for 30 years. He has been here at ACS for three years.

David has been involved in Christian Education for 26 yrs-22 here at ACS as Head of the Science Dept. He received his Masters Degree from Harding University in Searcy, AR with other degrees from Perimeter College and Harding College. His hobbies include coin collecting, movies, karaoke, and running. He has been married for 30 years to Janice and they have two sons.

Dee has been at ACS for 10 years. She obtained a BS in Medical Technology from Georgia State University, a M.Ed. from Walden University and her teaching certificate from the University of West Georgia. She is currently working on her M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Western Governor's University. Her hobbies are playing music and reading. She and her husband, Donald have two daughters, three 'rescue' dogs, and one hamster.

David has taught at ACS for a total of 11 years. He grew up in Geneva, Switzerland. He earned his BA from Harding University and an MBA from the University of West Georgia. His hobbies are playing the piano, reading, and traveling. He is married to Paige and they have two children: Taylor and Alyssa.
Mitch Grubb: HS Social Studies, Girls Volleyball/ Track Coach

Mitch has received an AA from Freed-Hardeman University, a BA from Harding University, and MAT from Middle TN State University. He has been at ACS for 11 of his 34 years of teaching. His hobbies include riding his Harley, traveling, and reading. He is married to Martha and they have three children and seven grandchildren.

Alice has been with ACS for seven years. She received her BA in English and French from Agnes Scott College, Decatur and Juris Doctor degree from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, cooking, and music. She and her husband, Craig, live in Newnan.
